Two duplicate supplier records. The cutover waits on that, not on us.

Assess the source, agree what comes across, run a trial migration the customer checks, and reconcile opening stock, customer balances and supplier accounts against their own totals before cutover.

Readings are keyed by a driver. What is left is worked out by the register.

Where a workflow is genuinely different, build it on the shared record so it inherits the same people, permissions, audit history and upgrade path. Never a side system beside the real one.

Champions first, then the wider team, then presence on the floor for the first trading days — and an adoption review afterwards, because a system worked around by month three has failed.

Rehearse against production

Your own environment on the same release customers run, with data you can break, rebuilt whenever you need it.

The playbook we use ourselves

Migration templates, the implementation sequence, and the list of what to check before a cutover.

An engineer, by name

Not a ticket queue. Someone who has already seen the failure you are looking at.

What we hand you.

Which of your customers are live, what they are using, where adoption is slipping, and what you have earned — the same view we use.

What accreditation asks for.

  • You already deliver systemsNot necessarily ERP. If you have taken a business live on software they now depend on — POS, accounting, anything operational — you know the failure modes that matter.
  • At least two accredited peopleOne is a single point of failure for your customers and for us. Two means a rollout survives leave, illness, and resignation.
  • You can commit to a first projectAccreditation ends with a real customer going live, with us alongside. Without one, the training is theory and the accreditation means nothing.
  • You will tell us when it breaksPartners see failures before we do. We would rather hear the ugly version early than read it in a churn report — and nothing you report is held against you.

Before you apply.

Nothing. There is no accreditation fee, no annual charge and no minimum commitment. What it asks for is people and time — two of your engineers through the programme, and a first rollout we do alongside you.

Apply for accreditation.

What do you take live today? — so we know where Corelith fits
Who are your customers? — so accreditation uses a rollout like yours

We would rather accredit five partners properly than list fifty. Expect us to ask real questions.
