Payday should not cost you a day.

Corelith People builds the payrun off the attendance your branches already record. Hours, leave, overtime, NSSA and PAYE land on one run, paid in USD or ZWG.

Changing systems is the risk. Not the software.

Your list comes across first

Products, prices and customer balances are imported and reconciled against your own totals — and you check them yourself before a single sale is put through.

Everyone gets a login

A plan carries its own team, so everyone who needs a login inside that team size gets one and nobody shares a password to save a seat.

Nothing holds you here

On monthly billing you change plan or leave whenever you like, and a full export of your data is yours on request either way.

Payroll only takes a week when the month was never written down.

A request carries its dates, the days it costs and whether cover is arranged. The approver's name stays on the record after the run closes.

Each manager confirms their own week and head office never asks for a photograph of a sheet. Clock-ins written during a power cut join the record in order.

A person file, a contract, a shift pattern and standing deductions before the first shift. On the last day the file closes on a date rather than being deleted — the payslips and the contract stay.

People applies the figures and tables you and your accountant configure, prints the working on every payslip and keeps the run exactly as it was approved. It files nothing with any authority and certifies nothing.

Roster & attendance

Who is on, and who actually came in

The week is rostered on the same record the clock-ins land on. Shifts, days off, approved leave and the one slot nobody has covered are visible before Monday, not discovered on payday. A power cut does not stop it: capture continues on the device at the branch and joins the record in order when the internet comes back.

  • An unfilled shift shows as unfilled, before the week starts
  • A missed clock-in is an exception with a name, not a blank
  • A staff member can check their own days in the middle of the month

Leave & approvals

Leave that was actually approved, by a name

A leave request arrives with its dates, the days it costs and whether cover has been arranged. Someone approves or declines it, and that decision attaches to the person's month. By the time the run reaches those days, it already knows what they are.

  • A request carries dates, days and cover — not a verbal yes
  • The approver's name stays on the record after the run closes
  • Leave balances move as leave is taken, not in a rush at month-end

The run

Open it, and the month is already in it

The run reads the attendance the branches wrote as the month happened, applies the deduction rules you configured, and shows the variations before anything is issued. What a manager sees on the 27th is what the 25th will produce — gross, PAYE, NSSA and net payable, moving as the month moved.

  • Days, shifts, leave and approved overtime, per person and per branch
  • Advances, their repayment plan and the balance still owing
  • Nothing reaches the run unapproved, because approvals sit in one place

The payslip

Every line on the payslip names the record behind it

A payslip is where a disagreement starts, so every figure on it can be walked back: the days to the attendance record, the rate to the contract, the deduction to the agreement the person signed. Once a run is approved it is kept exactly as it was approved.

  • NSSA and PAYE lines, from the figures and tables you configure
  • Aid deductions, union dues and school fees agreed with the person
  • The working is printed, so a question has an answer on the page

“The last Friday used to be a whole day with a calculator and three attendance sheets. Now I open the run, check it, and it is done before lunch.”

Questions owners and payroll clerks ask

It captures them and calculates them. Contribution figures and tax tables are configured with your accountant during onboarding; medical aid, funeral aid, union dues and school fees are agreed with each person and carried forward. The run applies those rules the same way every month and prints every resulting line on the payslip. Corelith does not file anything with any authority and does not certify that a figure is correct — your accountant remains the authority on tax.

Close the next run before lunch.

We need last month's attendance sheets, one payrun and your list of deductions. Then we rebuild that run in front of you — advances, aid lines, both currencies — and price it before you go.

10 founding places are open: guided onboarding at 50% and your price held for 12 months, in exchange for a rollout we can measure. See what a founding place involves.
